Mramor: Slovenia One of the Least Indebted EU Countries
Ljubljana, 17 June - Slovenia's general government debt amounted to SIT 1,584bn (EUR 6.63bn), which represents 27.7 percent of the country's GDP. As a share of GDP, Slovenia's debt fell by 0.2 percentage points over the year before and remains well below the ceiling level of 60 percent set down in the EU's Maastricht criteria, Finance Minister Dusan Mramor told the press on Thursday.
