Paltry Trading Stands in the Way of Recovery
Ljubljana, 19 June - Poor volumes were the order of the day on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange this week, as cumulative turnover topped only SIT 4.7bn (EUR 19.7m), with 37 percent of the trading done in block deals. The benchmark SBI 20 index made modest gains until Wednesday, yet the trend reversed and the index posted a weekly drop of 0.31 percent (13.72 points) and closed at 4,472.27.
