The Slovene minority from Italy to The Hague?
Rome, 28 October - At a two day session about federalism in Europe organized, on Saturday and Sunday, by representatives of minority parties in Italy, a resolution was anonymously accepted, urging the Yugoslav Government to recognize Slovenia and Croatia as independent and sovereign states. Minority representatives also demand that the Slovene minority be granted presence at the Hague Conference, as De Michelis had already arranged for the Italian minority from Istria.
