Ljubljana, 29 October - DELO: THE CRUCIAL MOMENT OF THE WAR - The order by Serbian-Montenegrin leaders and army generals and admirals for an all-out attack on Dubrovnik has caused a turnaround in the war in Crotia. The governments of USA, Great Britain, Italy and some other countries asked Kadijević and Milošević with more determination than ever before to halt the military machinery and spare not only Dubrovnik but other Croatian cities as well.
