Novo Mesto, 30 June - Adopting special laws and taking repressive measures will not be nearly enough to resolve the Roma issue. Deeper reasons for the tensions must be pinpointed and used to build successful coexistence between the Roma and the local population, stressed state and local community representatives gathered for a public forum on the Roma late on Tuesday.
