Ljubljana, 6 July - The decision of Dimitrij Rupel, the former foreign minister, to leave the Liberal Democracy (LDS) is merely a formality for LDS president Anton Rop. Indeed, considering his "way of thinking, Rupel left the Liberal Democracy long ago," Rop told the press prior to Tuesday's session of the LDS council.
