Separation of PTT enterprises

Ljubljana, 5 November - Since yesterday, no PTT enterprise in Yugoslavia has been allowed to accept mail, except ordinary letters and postcards, addressed to or coming from Slovenia. According to the Večernje novosti daily, the decision of the Community of Yugoslav PTT organizations was taken in response to the decision of PTT Slovenia to treat as from November 4 "former" Yugoslavia as a foreign country and PTT traffic with the "rest of Yugoslavia as the international PTT traffic".
