Both Sides' Proposals Known - International Arbitration?

Ljubljana, 21 July - In the talks between Slovenia and Croatia, both sides have reached the ultimate standpoints, said Prime Minister Janez Drnovšek on Wednesday in an interview for Slovenian Broadcasting Company. In the radio broadcast, Prime Minister also summarized both sides' proposals regarding the border, especially in the Bay of Piran.
