Classical Music Loses One of Its Leading Conductors
Ljubljana, 18 July - World-famous conductor Carlos Kleiber, who passed away after a prolonged illness on 13 July, was buried on Saturday in Konjsica in the Zasavje region, eastern Slovenia. Kleiber, whose mother was Slovenian, performed in leading world's opera houses and orchestras during his long career.
