State Aid Amounts to 1.5 Percent of GDP in 2003
Ljubljana, 22 July - The amount of aid granted by the state topped SIT 87.15bn (EUR 363.5m) in 2003, or 1.52 percent of GDP, according to a report on state aid confirmed by the government Thursday. This is more than in 2002, when aid totalled 1.44 percent of GDP, but less than in 2001, when the figure stood at 1.96 percent of GDP.
