Slovenian Skiing Loses Former Leading Trainer

Makarska, 26 July - Long-time member of the Slovenian skiing association and former Slovenian skier Tomaz Cerkovnik died on Monday after suffering a stroke while on holiday in Croatia. The 44-year-old Cerkovnik was head of the men's skiing team between 1992 and 1995 and lately served as TV commentator of skiing competitions.
