Capital Injection for Slovenian Steelworks

Ljubljana, 28 July - The shareholders of the Slovenian Steelworks have decided to inject SIT 33.897bn (EUR 141m) of fresh capital in the company. This will be done through state investments and transformation of debts in the value of SIT 33.898bn (EUR 141m). The state-owned share will consequently rise from 70.2 to 80.2 percent, the company said.
