Ljubljana, 29 July - Below is a schedule of events for Friday, 30 July:

ROME, Italy/VATICAN CITY - Foreign Minister Ivo Vajgl is scheduled to meet his counterpart Franco Frattini and Secretary of the Holy See for Relations with States, Archbishop Giovanni Lajolo. Following the meetings a press conference is scheduled for 1 PM. (STA)

WARSAW, Poland - Ljubljana Mayor Danica Simsic is to travel to the Polish capital to attend three-day celebrations marking 60 years since the Warsaw Uprising, which start on Saturday.

LJUBLJANA - Transport Minister Marko Pavliha is to speak to the press at 11 AM about his ministry's activities in his term. (STA)

BOVEC - Minister of Environment, Spatial Planning and Energy Janez Kopac is to present to the press at 2 PM the organisation of repair works in Posocje in the wake of the 12 July earthquake.

LJUBLJANA - Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food Milan Pogacnik is to meet representatives of the Slovenian Beekeeper's Association to discuss the problem of bees killed by pesticides. A press statement is scheduled to be given at 1:30 PM.

LJUBLJANA - Minister of Environment, Spatial Planning and Energy Janez Kopac, the chief national inspector for the environment Bojana Pohar and director of the environment inspection Ivan Stefelj are to present the activities of the Inspectorate of the Environment, Spatial Planning and Energy to the press at 10 AM.

LJUBLJANA - The opposition People's Party (SLS) is to give a press conference at 11 AM.

LJUBLJANA - The United List of Social Democrats (ZLSD) is to hold a press conference at 11:30 AM with its president Borut Pahor and its three ministers presenting their work in the 2000-2004 term.

LJUBLJANA - Interior Minister Rado Bohinc is to be handed over the keys of the newly built asylum centre in Ljubljana by the construction company SCT.
