Dr. Dimitrij Rupel dines with the German consul in Ljubljana

Ljubljana, 10 November - The ministry of foreign affairs reported that Dr. Dimitrij Rupel dined with the newly situated consul of Germany in Ljubljana, Dr. Gunther Seibert. The consul stated that the FRG supports the standpoint that sanctions have to be accepted against the SFRY, for which the foreign ministers of the EC agreed upon in Rome, and that they must be selective and must not harm those parties in the Yugoslav crisis which stand for peace and agreement. In the very intensive contacts between Bonn and Ljubljana, the consensus has been made frequently about this, while a series of concrete agreements have also been reached which support the process of the independence of Slovenia, is also written in the report of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia.
