Colloquy about the future of European minorities

Paris, 11 November - In the French town Nantes, the capital of Brittany a meeting of representatives of European minorities running under the title "Tomorrows Europe - what are the chances for Britons?" was concluded. The colloquy was organized by the Democratic Union of Brittany (UDB), and concerned mainly the experiences of small nations and minorities in their effort for greater autonomy inside West European countries. It was attended by representatives of national organizations of Brittany, French Basques, Catalonia, Corsica, Wales, and Slovenia, and also by a number of delegates from the European Parliament.
