ATHENS OLYMPICS: First Slovenian Ever to Compete in Flatwater Kayaking

Ljubljana, 8 August - For the first time in the history of the Olympic games, a Slovenian will compete in the flatwater kayak competition. Jernej Zupancic Regent, a student of the Faculty for Sports, will compete in the one-seater kayak over 1,000 metres.
