Western Balkans Must be High on EU's Agenda, Potocnik Says

London, 6 August - "As their neighbours benefit from reforms and receive increasing support from Brussels, I fear that those countries in the western Balkans that remain outside the EU's stabilisation and association process will fall further behind," Slovenia's European Commissioner Janez Potocnik wrote for the Friday edition of Financial Times.
