Red Tape Main Reason for Lengthy Judicial Proceedings, Survey Shows

Ljubljana, 7 August - The main reason for lengthy judicial proceedings in Slovenia is not "defence games", as generally believed, but a load of bureaucratic administrative work that judges and magistrates have to do. This show the results of a survey conducted by the Criminology Institute of the Ljubljana Faculty of Law.
