The skyrocketing of global oil prices reflected in higher diesel and heating fuel in Slovenia, while petrol prices slid slightly. Telecoms giant Mobitel said it will stick by its offer for the second mobile services provider in Kosovo, despite UNMIK recommendation to the regional government to annul the selection procedure. Meanwhile, the Slovenian paint industry saw a successful merger, as Helios became almost 95-percent owner of rival Color.
