Carinthian Governor Upsets Slovenian Minority
Klagenfurt, 9 August - Carinthian Governor Joerg Haider on Sunday repeated his stance that there would be no additional bilingual place name signs in the Austrian province of Carinthia as long as he was the governor. Responding to the statement, a Slovenian minority official has said this was "nothing but making fun of the ethnic community".
