Ljubljana, 13 November - DELO: THE FOREIGN OBSERVERS IN A TRAP - The majority of Croatians, disappointed with the views of the European ministers and president Tudjman's politics of peace, think that the Serbian problem can be solved only with weapons. EEC observers are helpless, the United Nations' Blue Helmets, are far away and the world just doesn't care. The days to come will be crucial for the Croatian president. If Dubrovnik and Vukovar fall, his position will be endangered, writes Goran Moravček, and Croatia can find itself in the middle of civil war.
