The Commission on Human Rights addresses the question of refugees

Ljubljana, 14 November - The Commission on Human Rights and Civil Freedoms discussed the information on refugees, set the baseline and authorized a resolution on the politics of the Republic of Slovenia regarding the refugees and displaced persons, as well as adopted the report on the activities of the Council on the Protection of Human Rights and Basic Freedoms. Mr. Vekoslav Rajh, the representative of the Civil Protection, introduced the questions regarding the refugees and displaced persons in Slovenia. 60% of the refugees are children, 25% are mothers and 10% are elderly people. 22.441.000 SLT in budgetary expenditure have already been used, food packages and other essential commodities are being sent by various humanitarian organizations. Croatia is not taking enough interest in the refugees in Slovenia and does not stand by some mutual agreements. The number of refugees in Slovenia already reached its uppermost mark. The Commission passed the following resolutions:
