Admiral Letica negates rumours of planted bomb

Split, 15 November - The commander of the Croatian Navy, Admiral Sveto Letica, said in connection with the incident in Split that Croatia's artillery forces would open fire again, should the "piratical" ventures of the Yugoslav Navy continue. Admiral Letica denied all rumours that the Croatian Navy had planted a bomb on a YA patrol boat. The alleged incident had served the Yugoslav Army as an excuse to attack Split, said the Admiral.
