Athens, 24 August - Slovenia's handball team overcame Egypt 30:24 (11:13) in the playoff for 11th place on Tuesday. This was a happy ending to what was otherwise a disappointing Olympic tournament for Slovenia's handballers, who were hoping to get through to the quarter-finals and beyond.
