Opposition Wants to Amend Constitutional Law on the Erased
Ljubljana, 25 August - In a move that returns the erased to the fore of Slovenian politics, lawmakers of four opposition parties have filed a proposal whereby the Basic Constitutional Charter would be added several articles defining cases where it is permissible to use the principle of retroactivity to regulate the status of foreigners.
