MPs Reject Latest Initiative for Erased Referendum

Ljubljana, 1 September - Continuing its extraordinary session begun on Tuesday, the National Assembly voted down Wednesday the latest initiative of the opposition to hold a referendum on the systemic bill on the erased. The initiative was rejected by 46 votes to none in the absence of four of the five opposition parties, who left the vote in protest.
