A truck, carrying 18 tons of mail arrived in Ljubljana yesterday

Ljubljana, 22 November - The Combined PTT (Postal, Telegraph and Telephone) Company of Slovenia and the Slovene Ministry of Transport and Communications report that all postal communications with the republics of former Yugoslavia have been reestablished. Starting November 20, 1991, all post offices in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia and Serbia will again accept all kinds of mail, apart from C.O.D. packages and letters, (the transference of which is interconnected with internal money movements, which have yet to be reestablished).
