Drnovsek Accents Value of 2001 Border Agreement
Ljubljana, 1 September - If Slovenia and Croatia fail to reach an agreement on the border, arbitration is an option. But this takes time, money and input by experts, President Janez Drnovsek said in a radio interview. Eventually, however, even an arbitration would consider the Drnovsek-Racan agreement as a formal document of two countries, he said Wednesday.
