Ljubljana, 5 September - The Bank of Slovenia gave a stamp of approval to the takeover of Postna banka Slovenije (PBS), the postal bank, by Nova Kreditna banka Maribor (NKBM). The Slovenian mobile service company Mobitel, meanwhile, is still waiting to sign the licence for the second mobile telephony provider in Kosovo. Foreign Minister Ivo Vajgl, who paid a visit to the province last week, was assured by the Kosovo authorities that Mobitel and its local partner, whose bid was selected as the best, can expect transparent treatment.
