Loan to Provide New Rail Engines for Slovenian Railways
Ljubljana, 7 September - A loan of EUR 74m is to help the Slovenian Railways Holding (SZ) acquire 20 Siemens engines, which will speed along the Slovenian rails as of 2006. The loan was provided by the European Company for the Financing of Railroad Rolling Stock (EUROFIMA), whose chair Andre Bovet on Tuesday signed the contract with SZ manager Blaz Miklavcic in Ljubljana.
