Italian Judiciary Legend Discusses Courts and Corruption Fight

Ljubljana, 7 September - The problem with court backlogs in Slovenia is that the judges are overburdened with minor matters, was a view shared by Justice Minister Zdenka Cerar and Italian MEP Antonio Di Pietro. Di Pietro, a former prosecutor, judge and justice official, was meeting justice representatives to compare Slovenian and Italian legislation on crime prevention and persecution, as well as corruption.
