Agreement on a Cease-Fire

Geneva, 24 November - Yesterday evening in Geneva the leaders of Serbia, Croatia and the Minister of Defense signed a new agreement on a cease of hostilities. The agency Reuter forwards the words of special envoy of the General Secretary of the United Nations, Mr. Cyrus Vance, which states that the agreement comes into effect today and encompasses both regular and irregular military units.
