Droga & Kolinska Getting Ready to Join Forces

Ljubljana/Izola, 13 September - The contract on the merger between food producers Droga and Kolinska could be signed before the end of the year. AGMs of both companies are expected to follow in the first three months of 2005, and as the last step the shares of the new company will be listed on the stock market, Kolinska and Droga said on Monday.
