Osijek's turn now

Ljubljana, 26 November - The Borba daily reports today that new Yugoslav army units started from Serbia for Croatia yesterday morning. From the Pančevo barracks alone, 2,100 reservists from Požarevac have been sent. The controversial commander of the Centre for special training of volunteers, Arkan, called on the Osijek and Vinkovci mayors immediately to surrender and hand over their cities, writes Borba.
