Zbogar Submits Credentials to US President, New US Ambassador Coming
Washington, 18 September - New Slovenian Ambassador to the US, Samuel Zbogar, handed over his credentials to US President George W. Bush on Wednesday to officially assume his ambassadorial post. Meanwhile, the new US Ambassador to Slovenia, Thomas Bolling Robertson, was sworn in by Secretary of State Colin Powell on Thursday before he takes over in Ljubljana from Johnny Young, presumably on Wednesday.
