"Gem" of Slovenia's Motorway Network to Open Thursday

Ljubljana, 23 September - An eight-kilometre stretch on the A1 motorway leading from Ljubljana to the coast will open on Thursday in what will be a final step in establishing a motorway link between the capital and the south-west of Slovenia. Part of the motorway will be carried by the Crni Kal viaduct, the biggest bridge ever built in Slovenia.
