Diplomatic Relations Established with Afghanistan

New York, 21 September - Slovenia has established diplomatic relations with Afghanistan. An agreement to that effect was signed by both foreign ministers, Ivo Vajgl and Abdullah Abdullah, on the margin of the 59th UN General Assembly session in New York on Monday.
