Journalists Set to Begin Strike on Election Day

Ljubljana, 21 September - Slovenian journalists are set to launch a strike on 3 October, the day of the country's general election. The announcement of industrial action comes a day after the group representing the employers reiterated it would not engage in negotiations on a new collective bargaining agreement for journalists, as had been demanded by the Journalists' Union.
