Racan-Drnovsek Agreement Could be Put to Arbitration, Law Expert Says
Maribor, 25 September - In the wake of the latest incident on the border between Slovenia and Croatia, a Slovenian law experts has suggested the border agreement reached by the former prime ministers of Slovenia, Janez Drnovsek and Ivica Racan, in 2001 could be put to international arbitration given that Croatian refuses to accept it.
