The most important events in Slovenian political life in July were a regular and extraordinary parliamentary sessions, resignation of the Minister of Justice Miha Kozinc caused by favorable loans given to certain deputies and ministers by the Government Commission of Housing, and testimony of the BiH Government official Hasan Čengić before the Investigation Commission which investigates into the affair about the arms found in the airport of Maribor last July and the role of public officials in it.
