Restraining Order to Help Police Fight Domestic Violence

Ljubljana, 26 September - As of today, the Slovenian police will have another tool to fight violent behaviour, especially domestic violence. Police officers will be able to issue a restraining order to offenders. This right is given to them by a restraining order regulation based on the police act, which came into force on Sunday.
