NSi Criticises Govt Broadband Strategy
Ljubljana, 28 September - New Slovenia (NSi) believes the government's recently unveiled broadband strategy is based on a flawed preposition: that there is no competition in broadband so public funding would be used for the construction of an optic fibre network which would then be leased by broadband service providers. NSi disagrees with that, stressing that the country would thereby own all optic fibre capabilities.
