IMF Upbeat about Global GDP Growth, Puts Slovenia's Growth at 3.9%

New York, 29 September - The International Monetary Fund (IMF) forecasts that this year's global economic growth will amount to about 5 percent, up from 3.9 percent the year before. For Slovenia, the IMF's "World Economic Outlook" forecasts GDP growth of 3.9 percent this year and 4.1 percent for 2005.
