Delo on Italian Feet-Dragging in Implementing Minority Protection Act

Ljubljana, 30 September - It would be outright impertinent of Slovenia to expect that the provisions of the Italian protection act for the Slovenian minority would extend its reach to the nationalistic Trieste, which is celebrating this year its 50th anniversary since coming under Italian authority this year, an influential Slovenian daily says in a sarcastic tone.
