Croatian parliament begins its session

Zagreb, 4 December - For today's session of the Croatian Parliament, which began at 9 a.m., the Croatian government proposed the adoption of the laws on human rights and the law on the rights of minorities, nationalities and ethnic groups which were according to the Hague agreement a pre-condition for the diplomatic recognition of the Republic of Croatia.
