Ljubljana, 6 December - The DELO: WILL THE CONSTITUTION FINALLY BE ADOPTED? - At the conclusion of the session of the parliamentary Constitutional Committee this Wednesday, there were no longer any doubts that there would be no consensus of opinion that day regarding the constitutional right to family planning, i.e. in other words, the right to abortion. The the previous week's possibility of a compromise being reached after all, in which the wording of the new constitution would emphasize freedom of choice in the matter, faded ultimately two days ago, wrote Majda Vukelić.
