European Observers Report to Unesco
Dubrovnik, 7 December - The European observers who were in Dubrovnik yesterday inspected the city following the cease-fire and reported their observations to the general secretary of Unesco via telephone. As a result of yesterday's attacks made on Dubrovnik, according to their information 30 percent of the buildings in the historical center of the city are heavily damaged or in ruins, ten percent of the buildings were also on fire. They report that the toll of yesterday's attack is 30 wounded and 11 people killed.
