Vance-Milošević talks

Belgrade, 8 December - After yesterday's meeting with Serbian president Slobodan Milošević, the special envoy of the UN General Secretary Cyrus Vance stated that while certain progress has been made it is however still difficult to talk about placing of the UN peace keeping forces in Yugoslavia, due to the violations of the Peace Agreement and the continuation of fighting. After their talks, in a statement for Belgrade TV, Serbian president Slobodan Milošević said that the possibilities for a permanent solution to the Yugoslav crisis are now much clearer.
