Milan Kučan spoke about the Hague Conference
Ljubljana, 10 December - The President of the Presidency of the Republic of Slovenia Milan Kučan answered questions in a radio interview about yesterday's session of the Hague Conference. Mr. Kučan said that this was not a plenary session but an informal meeting with the presidents of the republics concerned with the present position of the Hague Conference, whether it is reasonable to continue the Conference and particularly about the opinion which Lord Carrington received from the Arbitration Commission on a key issue. This Commission is headed by the president of the French Constitutional court, Mr. Robert Badinter.
