Ljubljana, 16 December - the Security Council of the United Nations ratified on Sunday resolution No.724 about Yugoslavia. The general part of the resolution (we used unofficial translations of the French and English originals), in which the Security Council persists at a total embargo of arms and military equipment to Yugoslavia (resolution No. 713) which had been fully implemented. The resolution has nine points.
